✦Disclaimer

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following Terms of Service and are expected and obligated to follow them.You are not permitted under any circumstances to use any part of the commissioned as images, goods/ merch, and copies of goods in any block-chain related technology including non fungible tokens (NFT), cryptocurrency, AI generators or future inventions in the space.

✦General

Commissions must be accompanied with reference and detailed description otherwise a fee of 20-50 USD onwards for the concept and design made by me will be added.No refunds unless I cancel the commission, by then you will get your full refund.Commissions will be posted on social media unless it's stated beforehand to keep the commission private.You are free to post and use the commissioned artwork but you can't use it for commercial use without an agreement between us.For the usage of commissioned artworks for commercial use, an agreement must be made between both parties before proceeding with any actions.I will always do my best to confirm and communicate the pricing, sending, and any delays in commissions.

✦Payment

Payments will be made in PayPal Via Invoicing.Payments shall be made after a sketch is agreed upon both parties.Once the invoice is paid, I will start the commission. If the invoice is not paid, I will have to cancel the commission.You as the client is required to pay the transaction fee separate from the commission price.

Commercial Use

As the artist, I'm allowed to:
✦ Promote myself with the artwork on any other places or websites.
✦ Post/display the artwork in any platforms. Credits as the owner will be attached in the artwork/ post.As the commissioner, you are allowed to:
✦ Use the artwork in any way you want, as long it's for personal use only.
✦ Repost the artwork on other websites as long you give proper credit.
✦ Claim the right of the character but not the artwork.
